Letter to the Ambassador - Case Study "Class Action"
I have lived and worked as freelancer abroad Austria in mainly Asian and African countries for more than 30 years, living from my savings and not from a state pension.
I am in early retirement and after having lived in Austria since 2012, in the beginning of 2015 I experienced a global financial crisis that reduced my savings by 80% and now due to the negligence of the government in the country where Cornona pandemic broke out, again suffering a loss of 80% of my remaining savings as global financial markets collapsed
That means I'm almost broke and have to find a way to survive and to earn a decent living for myself and my wife by taking on new challenging tasks
In my previous roles as manager, I was instrumental in preparing claims against companies in different countries as well as with different religions and cultural and mental behavior patterns. Furthermore, support on strategic development and the preparation of case studies and worst-case scenarios was also a part of my duties as manager
I am a lateral thinker who is used to looking at and analyzing all aspects of a problem from different perspectives. Since the pandemic originated in China, many other reasons ultimately led to why the epidemic has grown into a global pandemic.
In this respect I had the Idea to offer on March 23, 2020 my services to the Chinese Government by presenting a Extract of an independant Case Study I called "Class Action" on the global consequences the outbreak of the Corona Virus Pandemic may have towards the Peoples Republic of China. I asked the Chinese Ambassador in Vienna by a letter for feedback until March 28, 2020 in case the Leaders of the Peoples Republic of China are interested on this study.
It may feel to you I am someone looking only on own benefits, but to all of us the skin is closer as the shirt.
However, the Peoples Republic of China is not interested on this Case-Study and therefore I decided to provide my findings globally to the public, political parties and governments in the hope finding by this way an assignment where I can bring in my experience made in China and other parts of the world to help avoiding future global disasters like caused by the Corona Virus
